Swinging Tipper is a character in TimeSplitters: Future Perfect. In order to infiltrate Khallos' base without being discovered, Harry and Cortez had to wear disguises. Unfortunately, none of the Henchman suits would fit Harry, so he was forced to wear a Henchwoman's suit.

- He shares his gesture with Henchwoman, but obviously with different gesture dialogue.
- His gesture dialogue is the same piece of recorded dialogue as when Harry changes outfits in The Russian Connection.
