Slick Tommy is a member of Big Tony's gang. He looks similar to Jimmy Needles, but has a neck-tie instead of a bow-tie, his hat is slanted the other way, and his suit is brown instead of white.

Slick Tommy makes his sole series appearance in TimeSplitters 2, serving as a generic enemy in the Chicago Story mode mission. Outside of that, he appears in the Arcade League, a Challenge and a couple of Bot Sets.
Trivia[]
- Slick Tommy reuses the voice clips of Jacques Misere from TimeSplitters 1, which are then used for Private Hicks in TimeSplitters: Future Perfect. His voice clips are also shared with the R-100 Series of robots, albeit modified to sound robotic.
