Other than a cripplingly thin body, Skull Zombie's trademark characteristic is his bare skull, which has one eye in the right socket and no eye in the left. He wears brown-green trousers and has large gaps in his waist under his rib cage. Also, he has the distinction of not appearing anywhere in TimeSplitters 1's Story mode and is instead used as a generic zombie in the Challenge mode.
