Siamese Cyborg appears only in the original TimeSplitters, as a generic Story enemy. As his name suggests, he consists of two conjoined bodies, one light-skinned (on the right) and one dark-skinned (on the left). The body on the right appears to have a cybernetic forearm, while the body on the left has a hook for a hand. He also has a pair of cybernetic legs.

Siamese Cyborg appears as one of the generic enemies of the Cyberden story mission, alongside several other cyborgs. He also has a role in the Spaceways mission. Aside from his appearances in the Story, he also features in three challenges and two bot sets.

2005, Cyberden[]

The cyborgs made an attempt to stop Deacon Swain and Chastity Detroit from retrieving their secret plans. It is unknown what plans the disk contained, but nonetheless, Deacon and Chastity raided the Cyberden and successfully retrieved it, killing the cyborgs in the process.
2035, Spaceways[]
- Main article: Spaceways (Story)
For no known reason, several aliens and cyborgs made an attempt to stop R-108 and Gretel from obtaining a bag of duty free goods. Ultimately, the aliens and cyborgs were killed, as R-108 and Gretel grabbed the duty free goods and made a run for the Yareel Express.

- Siamese Cyborg's in-game voice clips are edited versions of Fingers McKenzie's, and were reused by Hybrid Mutant in TimeSplitters 2.
