Sewer Zombies, as their name suggests, are zombies. They were resurrected by Jacque de la Morte from the sewers below Notre Dame Cathedral.
The Sewer Zombies are covered in sewer slime and their clothes are decayed, giving them brown and green colours. Additionally, part of their rib cage is exposed and the left eye has popped out of the socket, but is still attached, a part of the top of their skull is also missing. Sewer Zombies have a characteristic zombie limp in their movements, and commonly fall over as they walk. Sewer Zombies have a variety of ways to attack: usually they'll walk into their prey and start clawing at them. However, their arms are easily detachable, in which case they bite, or instead, spit a green, acid-like substance.

Trivia[]
- Sewer Zombie reuses voice clips from the Overall Mutant (voiced by Les Spink), but he uses Feeder Zombie's fire scream, along with Trooper Grey, Hybrid Mutant, Undead Priest and Teeth Mummy.
- In TimeSplitters 2, Sewer Zombie's breath can be seen as a faint green cloud of fumes about every five seconds, even without a head on arcade.
- Sewer Zombie, Blanche Deadwood, Clip Clamp and Brains use the same gesture, but they each have unique gesture dialogue.
- In Future Perfect, he shares his viewmodel arms with Crypt Zombie and Crispin.
