The Pillar Alien is a generic Alien found primarily on Planet X. They have the ability to blend in with the surroundings of the building in Spaceways by folding themselves into the shape of a pillar. However, due to the fact they always spawn in front of the player, all this does is prevent the player from damaging them before they open up, as they take no damage in Pillar form. This ability is not available outside of Story Mode.

Story[]
2020, Planet X[]

These inhabitants of Planet X, alongside the Red Aliens and Green Aliens stole a cyberbrain. Troopers Sebastian Photon and Angel Perez were deployed on their mission to recover it and to get to the extraction point.
2035, Spaceways[]
- Main article: Spaceways (Story)
After the events of Planet X, not all of the Pillar Aliens were wiped out. Due to the lack of meaning for the Spaceways mission in the game, it appears Pillar Aliens are just another set of characters that are shooting without motivation.

- The grunt he uses in his gesture is also a death voice clip.
