Nurse Sputum is a nurse character in TimeSplitters: Future Perfect. She is a zombified version of Nurse Tourniquet, though both do not appear in Story. Notable differences are her skin tone, which is much paler and her glasses are broken, however the original model had clear lenses anyway; it was possibly changed in order to keep the rough zombie effect. She also has blood around her mouth and below, and one of her eyes is nearly falling out of its socket. Despite the fact she is a zombie, her head cannot be removed. She seems to have a disorder, as her arms and legs are held in odd directions, which she shares with her unaltered form and isn't just an edit made to make her more weird for her zombie form.
While she does not actually appear in story mode, an e-mail sent by "JC" (Jacob Crow) can be found on his computer mentioning that some zombies broke into the nurses dormitories ("talk about a weeping and gnashing of teeth"). He concludes the e-mail saying that while they are going to need more nurses soon, it will be interesting to watch the zombification take effect on the nurses.
