Mister Fleshcage is a compilation of wood, once used for a torture device but now roaming around, still with human flesh spread across him. He appears in the Undead Bot Set, suggesting that it is the flesh controlling the device. However, he is wood being brought to life, similar to how the Gargoyles were, but the TimeSplitters presence is unknown in this case. The way the flesh is spread and nailed throughout his cross-shaped head is similar to a crucification.

- Mr. Fleshcage reuses voice clips from Stone/Wood Golem, voiced by Graeme Norgate.
- Judging by concept artwork, apparently either Mister Fleshcage was at one point intended to be a "Miss Fleshcage", or he was intended to have a female counterpart (See Gallery).
- There is also concept artwork depicting, seemingly, an alternate design for Mister Fleshcage (again, see gallery).
