Boss Glitch[]

When you get into the dining room in the Mansion of Madness level in TimeSplitters Future Perfect, the doors will lock and the Deerhaunter will destroy the wall his head is in and attack you. Usually this isn't an exceedingly difficult battle, but there is a simple way of defeating him. Simply go back into the wall out of which the Deerhaunter came, and he will be unable to attack you due to a glitch that does not allow him to follow you back into the wall. From this point the battle is simple as you just shoot him in the head until he dies. If for some reason you run out of ammo, though, the battle will become much more difficult. You will be left with only a bat and will have to dart forward and hit the Deerhaunter and dart back so as not to be hurt yourself (this takes practice). If there is anything in left in the room, you can try to pull it toward you with the Uplink as well so that it hits the Deerhaunter.

Skip Cutscene Glitch[]

Run up to the first door at the beginning and press activate and pause at the same time. This stops the cut-scene from playing.

Speed Glitch[]

  • Pull out your Revolver, make sure it's reloaded.
  • Go to the door that goes to the Deerhaunter room.
  • Crouch a bit into the room then go back.
  • Let Jo-Beth walk in front of you, shoot her in the back to the door that leads you to the next room.
  • Once Jo-beth is there, move towards the door.
  • The door will close as always, but it goes back open because Jo-Beth is there.
  • This saves time and it's very useful for people who do speedruns.

Jo-Beth Bathroom Glitch[]

When you get to the part with evil bugs, shoot Jo-Beth Casey in the back with the Shotgun and follow behind her. When the cutscene where Dr. Lancet gets plays, Jo-Beth will be running into the wall. When she runs into the bathroom with the bloody bathtub follow her in to the room, and the bugs won't be able to get you. Every time when you walk in or out of the bathroom, she'll say "I'm gonna stay in here for a while. I'll catch up" and Anya says "Leave the girl alone, Cortez". You can push Jo-Beth out of the bathroom and with you through the level, but she will try to run back to the bathroom whenever you are not directly in her path.

When you get to the room where you have to fight the Deerhaunter, open the door, walk ahead a little bit, then move back and let Jo-Beth go ahead of you. As soon as she is in line with the open door on the opposite side of the room, shoot her with the Revolver until she is right in the doorway. Follow her into the open door. It will try to close, but it can't because Jo-Beth is there. Before you advance turn around. Make sure to stay in the doorway so it won't close on you. Keep the door open and you should see some frozen zombies, and if you look closely you will notice that the mounted deer head is not there, only an empty space. Kill all the zombies and trigger the cutscene where the Deerhaunter breaks free. All you will see is the open little space behind the wall. After the cutscene Jo-Beth will say, "There's a moose loose," but it wont be there. You will have to restart from the last checkpoint because you cannot kill the Deerhaunter and unlock the door again.

When you get to the room where you have to fight the Deerhaunter, open the door, walk ahead a little bit, then move back and let Jo-Beth go ahead of you. As soon as she is in line with the open door on the opposite side of the room, shoot her with the Revolver until she is right in the doorway. Follow her into the open door. It will try to close, but it can't because Jo-Beth is there. Turn around and kill some of the frozen zombies. Look towards the stairs and you should see a scientist frozen in a running stance. Go up the stairs and go behind him. Aim at him with the Revolver and shoot him. He should be floating in mid-air when you look at him again. This takes some practice.

When you get to the room where you have to fight the Deerhaunter, open the door, walk ahead a little bit, then move back and let Jo-Beth go ahead of you. As soon as she is in line with the open door on the opposite side of the room, shoot her with the Revolver until she is right in the doorway. Follow her into the open door. It will try to close, but it can't because Jo-Beth is there. She will try to run back into the room. Block her until all of the zombies are dead. Now let her back in the room. She will stay in there for the rest of the level. Now progress through the mission and all the parts where she should be you only hear her voice even though she is still in the Jo-Beth Casey room. Jo-Beth will not be in cutscene where Doctor Lancet gets attacked by bugs. This glitch takes practice. You have to unlock the door to the library to be able to progress through the level.

Killing the Ghost Glitch[]

Using the Revolver, it is possible to kill the Deadwina ghost during her first appearance. After killing the flaming zombies do not go outside to the gardens and the worms. Shoot the ghost repeatedly in the head with the Revolver. With luck, the ghost will fall to the floor. The ghost should then turn into Deadwina in her full character form, i.e, not in a transparent ghost form, and slowly fade out as a normal dead enemy would.
