Jimmy appears as an enemy in the Chicago mission, though only appearing twice in the Sunrise Club before the battle with Big Tony. He also appears in various Arcade League matches set in the Nightclub map.
Story

Jimmy Needles worked in Miami before being hired by Big Tony to work for him. Along with most of Big Tony's other men, he is killed when Lady Jane and Jake Fenton come for Tony.
Trivia
- Jimmy is very similar to Frank Nitti as he appears in the 1987 film The Untouchables.
- He and Consultant reuse the voice clips of Fingers McKenzie, which are also used for Neophyte Lucian in TimeSplitters Future Perfect.
