Jacques Misère and Olga Strom were at the Docks to retrieve a ransom pickup and make their escape at the other end of the docks. However, a team of soldiers were deployed to guard the docks during their mission.

- His gesture is shared with Gasmask Soldier.
- His voice clips were given to Slick Tommy in TimeSplitters 2, and then to Private Hicks in TimeSplitters Future Perfect. His voice clips are also shared with the R-100 Series of robots, albeit modified to sound robotic.
- Jacques Misère's name, when translated into English, is "Jack Misery".
- In-game, "Misère" is misspelled as "Misere".
- His internal name is skinny.
