In this TSFP Cut-out Shoot-out level, you play as Corporal Hart, you must run through the Time To Split story map whilst shooting Berserker Splitter card board figures and not shooting Cortez cardboard figures. You get more points the quicker you hit the cut-outs.

In a parallel universe not too far away, Corporal Hart arrives back at Spacetime Marine HQ only to find the base under attack by vicious cardboard cut-outs. Give 'em hell, mam! Oh, and be sure not to shoot any good guys (you know, the slappy bloke with the goggles who left you behind dying on the spacestation in TimeSplitters 2).

- The sentence in the briefing "In a parallel universe not too far away" may be a reference to the Star Wars movies, where at the beginning it shows "A long time ago in a galaxy far far away..."
- The music played in this level is the music from the original game's Spaceways.
- The mission's name is a pun on the term "Heart Attack", the popular name of Myocardial infarction.
