The General is in charge of the Spacetime Marine rebellion that fights the TimeSplitters, which makes him Sergeant Cortez's boss. Most of the time, the General is a serious and sensible person. He sometimes shows his passion for Robots and he seems disappointed when the robot that Cortez brings back, R-110, disappears as a result of Crow being defeated.
It is unknown whether the General was in charge of the entire human rebellion or just the space marines. Although the General did not appear in TimeSplitters 2, it's possible that it was him who communicated with Corporal Hart and Cortez in the Space Station at the start of the game.
"Roger! You are clear to go. Proceed as planned and good luck" — Possibly The General |
