They are highly trained versions of the Henchmen, greatly resembling TimeSplitters 2's Dark Henchmen, except that the Elite Henchmen never have a Baseball cap and are coloured with yellow stripes instead of white.

- He reuses the voice clips of Cpt. Night, Sgt. Shock, Pvt. Coal and the TimeSplitters 2 Henchman.
- Oleg reuses only a few of the voice clips - the rest are his own.
- It's notable that, while the Elite Henchmen's namesake implies them to be higher trained versions of the normal Henchmen, their Timesplitters 2 counterpart, the Dark Henchmen, were just normal henchmen in different clothes, as suggested by their gallery, despite the Dark Henchmen being noticeably more dangerous than the regulars. The Dark Henchmen are actually more dangerous than the Elite Henchmen and women.
- Strangely, the Elite Henchmen do not appear at all in The Khallos Express, despite their female equivalents featuring prominently in that mission.
- Prior to being selected, Elite Henchman is seen performing the ginga, the trademark stance of the martial art of Capoeira
