Cardboard Characters

Cardboard Characters appear only in the Cut-out Shoot-out section of Challenges in TimeSplitters 2 and TimeSplitters: Future Perfect. Eight cardboard character types appear in TS2, while eight different types appear in TSFP, and two appear in both games. Some of these are civilians who decrease the player's score if shot, and most others are enemies who are the targets. The characters are in grey-scale, with most having blue backgrounds. The images look as if posers were pasted onto uneven planks of wood, as the wrinkles and ridges are visible in each. The young female characters are all displayed with arched backs and in provocative poses.

	Civilian - Boy	Both	He appears in Take 'em Down and Come Hell Or High Water. The image is of a young boy blowing bubble gum and holding a helium balloon by a string. The balloon string isn't taut, so the balloon must not have much buoyancy. The image of the Boy is almost as narrow as that of the of the Cover Girl. The balloon has the same colour and shine effect that the bubble gum. The image is from TS2.
	Civilian - Old Lady	TS2	She appears in Take 'em Down and Fall Out. The image is of a stereotypical elderly woman. The old lady is using a walker and wearing a babushka.
	Civilian - Cover Girl	TS2	She appears in Take 'em Down. The image is of a woman wearing no clothes and covering herself with a small sheet. She has nothing but a neck-band, slippers, and a sheet. One might call this outfit impractical. The image is also much narrower than all of the rest.
	Civilian - Nurse	TS2	She appears in Fall Out. The image is of a stereotypical historical nurse. She is wearing heels, despite how impractical they would be. She also has a stethoscope and rubber gloves.
	Civilian - Whistle Girl	TS2	She appears in Fall Out. The image is of a woman with a cap, a whistle and gloves. This is the only cardboard to appear only once both in its mission and overall. This is also the only civilian cardboard whose eyes are closed.
	Enemy - Ballet Girl	TS2	She appears in Pick Yer Piece. The image is of a woman's back, her face looking outwards and her left leg raised, similar to the Attitude stance. She resembles Mary-Beth Casey.
	Enemy - Braids Girl	TS2	She appears in Fall Out and Pick Yer Piece. The image is of a young woman with two huge braids and two pistols. Her eyes are crossed and her shirt is half-open, revealing her abdomen.
	Enemy - Cigar	TS2	He appears in all three Challenges. The image is of a black-haired man wielding two machine pistols, as well as several other armaments. The Cigar Cardboard is smoking, with his eyes closed. His teeth are clenched and his face frowning, as if about to unload.
	Enemy - Vigilante	TS2	He appears in all three Challenges. The image is of a man with white hair, holding a gun. His weapon seems to a be a greaser/grease gun. His eyes are closed, and his face looks conflicted.
	Enemy - Devil	Both	Appears in Take 'em Down, Pick Yer Piece, and Come Hell Or High Water. The image is of a horned demon with a large belly. The Devil is slavering, and is the only unarmed enemy cardboard. The image is from TS2.
N/A	Civilian - Doctor	TSFP	He appears in Come Hell Or High Water. The image is of a dopey man with a headpiece.
	Civilian - Tourist	TSFP	He appears in Come Hell Or High Water. The image is of an overweight tourist with a camera.
	Civilian - Cortez	TSFP	He appears in Hart Attack. The image is of the TSFP version of Cortez. Cortez appears on an unconventional, red background, but the texture is the same as the blue. Cortez has a look of solemnity.
	Civilian - Woman	TSFP	She appears in Balls of Steel. The image is of a woman with long hair and bands in every piece of her clothing. Like the other female cardboards, this one is overexposed, has a curved back, and is making a sort of pose. The image appears on a green background, but have the same texture as the blue.
	Enemy - Splitter	TSFP	This appears in Hart Attack. The image is of a Berserker Splitter standing upright.
	Enemy - Ghoul	TSFP	The Ghoul cardboard appears in Come Hell Or High Water. The image is of a cycloptic, skeletal spectre.
	Enemy - Demon	TSFP	She appears in Come Hell Or High Water. The image is of a horned woman with tentacle arms.
	Enemy - Robot 1	TSFP	The robot appears in Balls of Steel. It looks similar to the Stormtroopers from Star Wars, or the Brotherhood of Steel from Fallout.
	Enemy - Robot 2	TSFP	The robot appears in Balls of Steel. It looks similar to a cyclops.
