Captain Snow is a high ranking captain in the Arctic Forces guarding Oblask Dam. He wears the usual Russian military Arctic force uniform with a face mask and fixed microphone like other soldiers of his rank.

Snow appears in TimeSplitters 2 with the rest of the Russian military. He was a generic enemy guarding the dam in the Siberia mission. He also appears the Arcade League match Top Shot with other militants from the Arctic force, as well as in the challenge Silent but Deadly, playing the same role as he does in the Siberia mission; he also appears in one bot set.
Story
1990, Oblask Dam
At Oblask Dam in Siberia, 1990, scientists had left an abandoned lab with bio-weaponry. A biohazard cleanup force was on the way to quarantine the area while the Russian military guarded the dam. The leader of the force, Captain Snow, was also present on-site. Snow had troubles with his malfunctioning ear-piece before being shot down by Ilsa Nadir and Gregor Lenko. It could be suggested that the ear-piece malfunctioned as a result of the portal formation, or simply due to the cold.

- Mikey Two-guns, Cpt. Snow, Cpt. Forest, Sgt. Wood, and Pvt. Grass share their voice clips with each other in TimeSplitters 2. Captain Fitzgerald, Nobby Peters, Sapper Johnson, Tommy Jenkins, and Deep Diver reuse them in TimeSplitters Future Perfect.
