- Captain Fitzgerald is wearing the standard World War I British infantry uniform, including the peaked cap, ammunition pouches and puttees. In all, he seems to be a stereotypical British middle-rank officer, the thin moustache being commonly worn by them at the time.
- His voice clips are shared with Nobby Peters, Sapper Johnson, Tommy Jenkins, and Deep Diver. They were originally used by Captain Snow, Captain Forest, Sergeant Wood, Private Grass, and Mikey Two-guns in TimeSplitters 2.
- Captain Fitzgerald, Sapper Johnson, Nobby Peters and Tommy Jenkins have the same gesture. However, the first two have the same piece of dialogue, whilst the other two share a different piece of dialogue.
- Originally, his name was Tommy Jenkins, whose name was Captain Fitzgerald.
