Brother Bartholomew is one of scientists working for Mad Old Crow's U-Genix lab facility. He wears the standard U-Genix scientist clothes, and, like many of the other employees in the facility, he is bald.

He is responsible for helping creating the early TimeSplitter prototypes, known as the Freaks. One of the Brothers gives you the Injector serum to aid in killing off their twisted experiments. They seem to not be hostile in Story mode, and are somewhat neutral to Cortez, unlike the security force.

- His fire scream and his pain/death voice clips are exclusive to him.
- He uses different pain/death sounds in the story mode, not found anywhere else.
- He also has a unique fire scream for the story mode, but this is never normally heard as no scientists can be found after you pick up the Flamethrower in You Genius, U-Genix.
- In early builds of the game, his name is blank in-game.
- He shares his viewmodel arms with Sister Faith and Dr. Amy.
- His line when picked was voiced by Ian Porter.
