Booty guard has pigtails with a hat atop the rest of her hair. She wears a green button-up top that is split to reveal a red bra and some cleavage. She also wears full length gloves, boots, and some red hot pants.

- Booty Guard's name is a play on words of 'body guard'.
- Her voice is re-used from Female Alien, albeit without any filters.
- She shares her fire scream with Nurse Gulag.
- Her internal name is depotkhallosbodyguard. She is the only character in The Russian Connection to use the depot prefix for her internal name as opposed to train.
- Her model also has a noticeable seam on the chest.
