Big Game Hunt is the second Arcade League match in TimeSplitters Future Perfect, and can be tough if you don't know what you're doing.

Briefing[]

Things haven't been the same around Oblask since Leonid pulled the wrong lever and dumped a tank of radioactive coolant into the frozen lake. The wildlife has mutated and now locals are enjoying the best hunting season since aliens landed in Tunguska back in 1908.

Strategy[]

There are different ways of doing this. Getting gold in this match is not that hard if you know what to do.

First, simply go around in the middle, sniping them in front and right side on the edge. Use your radar to find them. Remember to collect ammo if you're fighting them from a distance, as you will eventually run out of ammo and lose time. You can either snipe them from outside or go inside their spawn; although it's a bit more risky, there's a higher chance of finding enemies to kill.

Secondly, there is another way of doing this, which is only recommended if you are not very experienced in sniping enemies. Go towards the vehicle on the radar and run over them. You can still earn gold - and possibly platinum - this way. Although, it's already easy to headshot the deer, due to their large heads, and running over does not give the largest number of kills as sniping them.

Be cautious, as you can get shot in the head too, so you should move and circle-strafe while sniping to reduce the chance of getting hit.

Trivia[]

  • The briefing refers to the Tunguska event, (a large explosion that took place in Russia, in 1908), humorously implying that aliens caused it, rather than an air burst or comet/asteroid/meteoroid.
