The Baseball Bat is a melee weapon found in TimeSplitters Future Perfect.

General[]

The Baseball Bat is used only in the Mansion of Madness. It is much stronger than fists, but is only recommended in situations where ammo must be conserved, or situations in which all ammo has been depleted. For more tips, visit the Weapon Tips page.

Bugs[]

  • Story AI wielding this weapon and who have spotted you will charge towards you, but at an extremely slow rate. If a Story AI or Arcade Bot hasn't spotted or identified an enemy yet, it holds it like a pistol, top facing towards the ceiling.
  • On Mapmaker, if you place a robot Story AI armed with a baseball bat and set it to spawn and attack, the AI will just stand there hitting itself even if it is attacked. This is due to a glitch that makes the robot think it has a gun; the recoil makes it look as if the robot is hitting itself.


Trivia

  • Upon being killed with a baseball bat by a player, the victim will always do one of the three headshot death animations. When killed by a bot or mapmaker ai, they will do one of the body shot animations. If hit in the head by a bot or mapmaker ai, they will still do a headshot animation.
