Balls of Steel is a TimeSplitters Future Perfect Challenge. It involves shooting cardboard characters, scoring most points by shooting in the midriff.

R107's a crazy mixed up dude, he thinks he's a robot but instead of turning to Droidian psychoanalysis for help he's decided to work out his frustrations by shooting at pictures of robots. Well, if he wants to be a real robot he needs to play by the rules - A robot may not injure human beings, yep that's right, not even cardboard ones.
Strategy[]
Initially, it may seem like a daunting task, but, thankfully, one of the best strategies is to just watch the pop-ups and play the challenge over and over again until you start to learn the patterns. After a while, you'll get used to it. Even if you're a terrible sniper, you should be able to do moderately well after enough tries. Remember to try to hit the center of the targets as that this will give you more points than the "outer" areas of the cut-outs. The human cut-outs are all of futuristic-looking pin-up type girls - don't hit them.
